SummerTime Swimwear Care Guide & Returns Policy

Swimwear is an intimate garment designed to be worn directly against the skin. Proper care is essential to preserving its shape, elasticity, colour and overall quality, while also helping to extend the life of the fabric.

For hygiene and health considerations, we kindly ask that you read the following care and returns information carefully before purchasing and wearing your swimwear.

1. Swimwear Care Guide

  • Rinse promptly after use

After swimming or using a spa or hot tub, rinse your swimwear thoroughly with clean water as soon as possible. This helps remove residual chlorine, salt, sunscreen and other substances that may affect the fabric, elasticity or colour over time.

  • Hand wash whenever possible

We recommend gently hand washing your swimwear in cool or lukewarm water with a mild, neutral detergent.

Please avoid bleach, fabric softeners and harsh cleaning products, as these may weaken the fibres or affect the colour and finish of the garment.

Unless otherwise stated on the care label, machine washing and tumble drying are not recommended.

  • Do not wring or twist

After washing, gently press out excess water. Do not wring, twist, pull or aggressively rub the garment, as excessive force may stretch the fabric or damage its elastic fibres.

  • Keep away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight

Allow your swimwear to air dry naturally, preferably laid flat or in a suitable position that does not place unnecessary strain on the fabric.

Avoid ironing, tumble drying and prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight. Excessive heat and UV exposure may accelerate fabric deterioration and fading.

  • Avoid rough surfaces

Rough pool edges, rocks, coarse sand and other abrasive surfaces may cause pilling, snagging or surface damage.

Please take care to minimise direct friction between the swimwear and such surfaces when sitting, leaning or moving.

Take care with sunscreen and skincare products

Sunscreen, body oils, perfume and certain skincare products may affect swimwear fabrics or colours.

Where possible, apply such products before putting on your swimwear and allow them to absorb fully.

  • Store only when completely dry

Make sure your swimwear is completely dry before folding and storing it.

Do not leave damp swimwear in a sealed bag or container for an extended period, as this may lead to unpleasant odours and adversely affect the fabric.

2. Returns & Exchanges for Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and health reasons, swimwear is considered an intimate garment and cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been worn or tried on.

We are therefore unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size, change of mind, colour preference, style preference or any other non-quality-related reason.

To help ensure you select the right item, we strongly recommend checking the following before placing your order:

  • Size and measurement information;

  • Style and colour;

  • Fabric composition and care requirements;

  • Order details and product selection.

If you are uncertain about sizing or product suitability, please contact us before purchasing. We will be happy to provide guidance based on the available product information.

3. Quality Issues

We take product quality seriously and make every effort to ensure that each item meets our quality standards before it is dispatched.

If your swimwear arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during transit and was not caused by the customer, please contact us promptly and provide relevant photographs, videos and order details.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed as a quality-related matter, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policy.

Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect washing or care, misuse, prolonged use, abrasion, contact with chemicals or other external factors is not considered a manufacturing defect.

A Gentle Reminder

A beautiful swimsuit deserves thoughtful care.

Rinse promptly, wash gently, air dry naturally, and protect it from excessive heat and friction.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We value every purchase and hope that, with the right care, your swimwear will remain comfortable, beautiful and enjoyable for many seasons to come.
